A day learning 2 mindset and mindfulness Superpowers plus lots of arts and crafts! MiniMe Mindfulness teaches children life changing mindfulness and mindset techniques. This camp will help your child to build confidence, recognise and understand emotions, reduce stress as well as having fun!
